Our Aillio Bullet allows us to curate the freshest blends that you're enjoying in your cup. Our micro (yes that's smaller than small) batch roasting process ensures that each coffee bean is roasted to a flavour profile to elevate our blends.

We work with reputable importers & producers who are certified in fair trade, organic, rain forest alliance certified, sustainable farming practices and minimal intervention.
